Let's Make Some Great Art is a fantastic art activity book created by illustrator Marion Deuchars. A more sophisticated take on the run-of-the-mill fill-in-the-blank creativity workbooks out there, Deuchers mixes art history with fun activities that teach kids the wonders of cave painting, mobile making, and collage, among many other things. I tried to snag a copy for my niece for Christmas, but they were back-ordered on Amazon until after the holiday. Now they are back in stock, selling for $13.57 each, and I don't think I'll be able to wait until her birthday comes around in November.
